My first day at SCIT

The beginning of MBA carrier started in SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY is the best feeling for me. I got the campus as what I expected with all the facilities and most important the playground as I am interested in Sports.

On first day everyone was stranger for me. I knew the slogan of SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY which is VASUDHAIVA KUTUMBAKAM. I just kept that in my mind and went to auditorium. On first day the induction program was held in Auditorium. The induction program started with SARASWATI VANDANA along with Lightening of the lamp. In induction program the first speech was given by Dr. Raman Sir from which I got motivated. Now I m just waiting for the opportunities to get involve in all activities. He told the different stories which had unique moral that we can apply to our two years of MBA and beyond that. Then the speech followed by Dr. Rajani gupte madam, Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar madam and Director of Citrix Mr. Abhilash Verma. They encouraged us by giving their experiences in corporate level and motivated us. They told us rather than to get employment be an Entrepreneur and provide employment. The induction session was carried out effectively.

Now it was time to meet new friends which will be my family for next two years and beyond that. I am a fresher and from the first day I was afraid of thinking about placements. So the discussions were done about future prospects. Most of the students were having work experience from big IT giants which helped me in clearing my doubts and also got insight of different companies. And in the evening the best part came that is we played cricket in D-hostel and it was like unofficial ice-breaking session for us.

Overall my first day in SCIT was awesome and looking forward at the future. Hoping for the best to come.
