International Guest Lecture at SCIT
On November 20, 2023, the MBA-ITBM students of the 2023–25 batch attended an online session on ITIL Frameworks, presented by Dr. Carsten Dorr Hauer, Professor of Information Systems at the Ludwigshafen University of Business & Society, Ludwigshafen, Germany. As a part of the collaboration, on November 21, 2023, Dr. Vijayakumar Bharathi, a professor at SCIT, conducted an international guest lecture online to the graduate business students at Ludwigshafen University of Business & Society in Ludwigshafen, Germany. The subject matter included case studies and ITIL 4-Three Categories of Management Practices (General, Service, and Technical)-Service Management Practices (SMP).
