The Future of Business Execution
In October we witnessed yet another illustrious collaboration of SCIT and Celonis with whom we have indulged in mutually value-adding initiatives. This session was on ‘The Future of Business Execution’ by Miss. Ngoc Anh Ngo. Anh the academic alliance manager at Celonis, World’s largest EMS software developing company. She is an MEd graduate in Political science and Economics from the University of Mannheim. She had an exchange program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Thanks to the support of Anh and her team, SCIT is one of the 14 competing teams across the world for ‘Centre of Excellence at Celonis. The session kicked off with a sneak peek into the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS). Celonis EMS leverages process data and intelligence to boost performance, close execution gaps, and drive better outcomes across leading Fortune 500 companies. Ms.Anh stated that all this started as a student project by Celonis founder. We were then introduced to the happening ‘Process Mining’. It’s actually the intersection of Process Science and data science, bridging the gap between model-based process analytics and data-centered analytics. The final act of the session was way more electrifying where a live demo of process Mining at Lufthansa is showcased during the session. Hopefully looking forward to many more fruit-bearing initiatives with Celonis.
